Hotel-style (Airbnb) living room for $1,219
Airbnb / short-term rental · budget $1,800 · designed October 20, 2026
The idea
A bright, empty room with oak plank flooring and a large sliding glass door to a balcony. The plan is a warm-neutral boutique-hotel scheme: a sofa bed in a durable performance fabric, layered textiles, brass and black accents, and one statement piece (a large arched mirror) that makes the room photograph well. The sofa bed sleeps 2 extra guests. Everything is wipeable or washable and built for turnover.
Palette: Warm white, oat/greige and soft charcoal, with natural oak, matte black and aged brass accents, plus one terracotta/rust accent color in pillows and a throw.
