Terms & refunds

Roomcart is operated by Your Name / Company Pvt Ltd. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.

What you buy

One-time packs of room designs (Starter: 10, Host: 40). Credits don't expire. A design that fails gives its credit back automatically.

Products and prices

Products, prices and stock come from third-party stores at the time of your design and change often. We don't sell the products; you buy them from the store, under its terms. Always check the price, size and details on the store's page before buying. Images are AI illustrations of how the products could look in your room, not exact photos.

Affiliate links

Some store links earn us a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. This never influences which product is picked.

Refunds

If you're not happy, email support@roomcart.griffintaur.com within 14 days for a full refund of unused credits.
