The idea

A calm coastal retreat built around a queen bed centred on the long right-hand wall, away from the window and closet doors. Crisp white bedding, soft blue accents and natural rattan and jute textures warm up the white walls and grey carpet, while durable, wipe-clean pieces keep it Airbnb-ready.

Palette: Crisp white, sandy beige and soft sky blue, with natural rattan, jute and light oak-look wood. The grey carpet is softened by a large cream jute-look rug.
