Your first room design is free, so you can see the quality before buying a pack.

14-day refund on unused credits

Packs (Starter: 10 designs for $19, Host: 40 designs for $49) are one-time payments. If you're not happy, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase from the address you paid with and we'll refund the unused credits in full. If you haven't used any credits, you get the whole amount back.

Failed designs

If a design fails to generate, its credit is returned to your pack automatically.

Products from stores

We don't sell furniture or decor. Items you buy through our links are sold by the store, and returns or refunds for them are handled under that store's own policy.

Cancellation

There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Credits don't expire.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. They usually arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
